Hi, I keep getting a message to update Drivers on my Acer Aspire E1-571 from DriverTool but when I click through it is looking for payment. I don't remember signing up for this, is it necessary?

Probably not. Does everything work? Any yellow exclamation marks in DeviceManager? Might be worth doing a malware/adware scan.
