    You are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund . Repairs should be permanent and technically yours could be a different issue, originally white spot now blue and could be a different pixel. In saying that you should go back to the shop and see what they offer, as insisting on a refund is one sure why of annoying the person dealing with you. There is a limit on the amount of repairs allowed, IIRC it's 3 but I could be wrong, after which they have to replace but again it has to be for the same issue.
