NCI Accommodation Application Process

Just a quick question regarding the application process for NCI accommodation - how long does it take to apply and what's involved in the application? Would I be correct to assume it opens at 9am next Wednesday (1/1/15) and fills up shortly after it opens? Any help is appreciated.

You just fill out a form online and pay a deposit of 300 (5-10 minutes max). It will depend on demand it may not fill up on the first day but unlikely. Just depends on demand but I expect after a few weeks it will be full.
