Sony Bravia W70b - Broken Screen

    I rang Richer Sounds earlier today about a Sony Bravia W70 B which arrived yesterday. The top left hand corner of the screen was smashed. I was told it would be collected and replaced. Any idea how long I would be waiting on this? I was told they'd be in contact, dunno if that will be by phone or email.

    Just as an update, the upper air cushion for the left hand side was deflated. If thats any help.

    Apologies that the screen has arrived damaged to you.

    I had the message passed onto me this morning but as our courier are closed at the weekend I can not get in touch with them today.

    I will call first thing tomorrow morning and get an ETA on the collection and re-delivery of the replacement screen. Once I speak to them on Monday i will call you straight away.

    Again apologies for any hassle that this may be causing. We will have this dealt with ASAP for you.

    Any questions please let me know.

    No worries. I'm just glad it's sorted. This is the reason why I bought from Richer Sounds because these things happen and I'm glad I purchased from your company. I'm hooking this tv up to a new desktop which is yet to arrive so i can wait! I can take phone calls after 3.30pm on Monday. Thanks for the speedy reply.

    I got that message Kenny. So the couriers who delivered will ring men to arrange a collection for the broken one at some point. Thanks for your help!

    Hi Up4dabah.

    The courier should give you a call tomorrow to arrange collection and the replacement is leaving our warehouse tomorrow and should be delivered by Thursday. The courier will call you before delivering to ensure someone is there to receive it.
