Advice on a 2010 Honda Civic?

The one i'm looking at is for sale at 11,500, probably because the mileage is only 28000. Its the older 4dr saloon shape also. Link Are there any Civic owners here that would like to give their opinions on this car? I know Honda have a good name for reliability but is the asking price a bit high?

It's in stock a long time.

You should get a great warranty on it (toyota dealer cover)

Worth pointing out that tax is €570

Seems a bit expensive though.
