Ryanair barcode, not scanning

My Ryanair boarding pass barcode failed to scan when I flew out from Ireland a few days ago, the security man told me it was probably a fault of my printer, it looks fairly ok but it isn't printed that very sharp. I'm flying back tomorrow from London Luton again with the tickets from the same printer. I'm afraid if it doesn't scan in Luton that they might make me reprint them at a large cost or worse deny me boarding. Anyone encounter this before or would they just enter the details manually as they did for me on the outbound flight?

Can you get the pdf on your phone that the barcode is on, I got through at dublin and Manchester recently just scanning my phone in with the pdf displayed

If you can't get a printer tonight, save a pdf copy of the boarding pass and email it to yourself.

If you do need to reprint tomorrow at least you can use an internet kiosk in the terminal instead of going to the ticket desk.

I'd guess you'll get through the same as you did in Dublin though.

They *should* reissue the boarding cards manually FOC for you at the check-in desk, you've followed the procedures and have your boarding card, and it's faulty. Have had plenty of people coming onboard in the past with manual boarding cards after the barcodes didn't print/scan

I had this happen to me at Dublin before. My print out wouldn't scan so I was sent to the Ryanair check in desk where they issued me a boarding card free of charge.

My sister printed out my boarding card on my behalf at 3/4 size and it wouldn't scan. Ryanair printed out a boarding card instead.
Free but the queue at the desk was long.
