error f19 is an emptying error caused by either a blocked filter, clogged up pump impellar or worn pump, if the machine has an aqua stop device fitted to floor of machine it needs drying out around it

the filter in the pump, if you set the machine to drain with the filter removed you should be able to see the pump impellar rotate, if it doesnt rotate the pump is more than likely worn out, if it rotates it should be able to empty bar a hose being obstructed by a button or coin

turn the machine on, set the programme selector to 6 oc position hold there for 2 seconds press spin selector and move to 7oc position and hold for 2 seconds and release, this should reset the module to default

    Thanks,that reset the module.
I started the machine and realised the bearings were gone.after a couple of washes a f 21 fault came on.i presume its a motor fault due to the bearings.I told her i would look into the cost of changing the bearings. Now there are going to buy a new machine.this one is about 10/12 years oil with alot of work done
