Surely the Boards ban on discussing the current high profile murder case, when the verdict is in, and where every website in the country is discussing the merits of the case (and several did so throughout the trial itself) is ludicrous? Do the mods seriously think the judge will be in any way influenced by Boards.ie discussion in his consideration of sentence (when the judge himself has already publicly agreed with the jury's verdict)?
