Megane III rear brake pad change - piston rewinding etc.

Rear brake pads on my Megane III (1.5 Dci 86) are nearly gone and I have to make a quick decison whether to do the job myself or book it into a garage. Has anyone done a rear brake pad change on a Megane III, any tips for doing it and how did you rewind the piston.

I have done rear pads, discs and a caliper on my Laguna II and used a Laser rewind tool and a Laser No. 18 adaptor which I had to purchase separately from a UK shop (and got reamed on postage) I'd say it's very likely that that the Megane needs a different adapter - or does it?

Also, are there any "unusual" Torx or other bolts to wreck my head? The Laguna was OK - IIRC I just need normal spanners and a 7 mm Allen key - but the Megane may be different.

    Thanks
