Writers wanted for new Irish review website

    We have started a new website reviewing books, films, albums, tv shows etc.

    To give ya a rundown, we run a very casual ship really. There are never any deadlines or requirements in terms of article length. It is really a case of as many or as few articles you can do, so there is no number of articles required each week or month. Whatever one can do, one can do and all articles are greatly appreciated. Also there is scope to do reviews or articles of interest on anything you would like, but we are trying to steer away from politics and religion.

    The process is fairly simple. You write the article (preferably in Microsoft Word but this isn't essential) and then email it to this email address.(theboredroom.net @ gmail.com) I'll take it and give it a read through to see if its something I want to publish. Then I make sure it's formatted and everything. Then I can add images and publish it on the site, usually on the same day as receiving it. It is appreciated if you can add a tagline for the website's home page to go with your article. Just a one-liner will do.

    Unfortunately, at present we can't pay for contributions from writers, but it is good exposure and we are getting a decent amount of hits at present so if you are looking for a way to get back in to journalism it may be worth your while. So as I say, do as much or as little as you like and send it to this address and it'll be published.
