phone wont accept my pin

    Hi all,
    small problem i turned off my phone this morning and when i turned it back on and put in my pin its not accepting my pin?its a samsung galaxy s3 is there any way of overiding it or do i have to send it off to samsung?

    Hey,
    Which PIN are you talking about? The sim or the phone lock PIN?

    If it's the phone..

    1. Do you need your data on the phone as sending it to Samsung will restore it to factory settings?

    2. You could put the phone into recovery mode and reset the phone yourself.

    If it's the sim lock PIN you just need to call your network.
