    My ex doesn't care about my child. he pays €10 a week maintenance and has missed it a good few times. I had to bring him back to court last year because he wasnt paying. . He's missing payments again and has just informed me it will be a few months until he can pay again. he turns up late for access, sits on his phone and leaves early. Its very hard to keep my cool with him but I try to for the sake of my child. if anyone has any advice, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks

    You could ask the court staff about enforcement in relation to arrears.

    Otherwise, in relation to maintenance, you could speak to a solicitor.

    You may qualify for legal aid. You should contact the Legal Aid Board, to see if you qualify.

    if he has a history of not paying maintenance it may be possible to have it taken directly from his wages or social welfare.
