I found a motherboard I bought in 2013 completely forgot about it. Supports 3rd generation Intel Processors but requires a bios update so I have had to order this s****y little processor http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B007TG64SA/ref=gno_cart_title_1?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE I got the last one in stock. You reckon its new or used?

Hard to say. You'd think they'd have a pic of the box if it was new though.

It was brand new in the box. Such a shame I only needed it to apply a bios update. Its Sandy Bridge. Processor I'm using is Ivy Core i7 3770k.

See if you can borrow one off somebody you know? You can also buy bios chips which may be less expensive

Edit: I see you have already have received, nevermind !
