They're sending them out on Holy Thursday and you have to spend them the same day, it's a tactic to break the planned strike.

but for some specific questions that have a specific answer that the company in question would know the answer then an email to the company the question relates to is a lot easier and will give you a correct answer.

I emailed Dunnes Customer service they said they will be mailing them out the week starting the 20th of April.
