Specs are not much different than the Pipo X7 which was 74e before Christmas (and a bit of a disaster with waiting times and shipping from China)

If you search meegopad on Amazon you'll see a stick for 150 (Amazon) Euro with free UK delivery. Most of the sticks are the same. But, you have to look out because some are installed with a trial Windows version.

Would this be able to play full 1080p movie files?

I'm actually just laughing at the fact we can now buy basically fully functioning computers the size of a large thumbdrive that plug into the back of our TVs.
