Old Fireplace Part Replacement

Does anyone know would it be possible to get a replacement of the part pictured? I don't even know what it's called but it's an old fireplace with back boiler and these two covers slot in at the back, but as you can see one of them has broken down over the years and could do with replacing. I've tried to find a new one but…

Do they attach to the back boiler or the fire place.
