NCT question

    Does the owner of the car have to bring it for the NCT or could my other half bring it over? (I'm just in from work and the phone lines are closed, NCT is in a few hours)

    To be clear, it's the I'd of the person presenting the car. I've seen people turn up with licence of the car owner.
