Claiming old dividend payments

I've recently returned to Ireland after living o/s for 8 years. I found paperwork relating to a small number of shares that I had forgotten about. (They've increased in value!)

They also had dividends paid out, that presumably were sent to my old address.

Will I be able to get these paid to me again? Do I just contact the company directly?

Log onto the company website and the investor relations section. On that it will say who the share register are. Call them and they will reissue the cheque for a fee.

Thanks Gordon. A nice little surprise (if the fee's not too big!)
