    Hi,
Friend is about to buy a Yaris and asked me to ask this quick question for him ...
He is just wondering in the Yaris (around the 2008 year model) is the dash clock clusters slightly pointing to the driver and not really easy to view by the passenger or is it easily read by both driver and passenger? Thanks in advance

The late 05 onwards type yaris speedo can be seen by both driver and passenger.

Its a digital display so prob not as easy read for the passenger....prob because they are not the driver

Also how easy are they to drive such as a 1l 2008 model which she has in mind. Are they very powerless or jumpy? Thanks

I don't think the second generation Yaris (2006 to 2011) is anything to write home about. They feel very cheaply put together with a low rent interior and while the 1.0 litre engine is reliable, being a 3 cylinder it's not very refined.

Passenger can see it no bother. It's not like the original yaris speedo at all where the passenger had no idea what speed the (often learner) was doing

I wouldn't bother with the 1.0 though, the 6 speed 1.33 is miles better, but rare in ireland.
