I am doing a project in college and I'm interested to know are people aware of the tactics retailers use to influence purchasing behaviour? Stores use certain lighting, the smell of fresh bread, store layout etc .
Have people notices this or what are peoples opinions?

This isn't related to boards.ie. If you want to do research, then do so in the non-media research forum:

Stuff like this often gets regarded as spam.
