    Hello Adam,

Koshisaurus is a fascinating new dinosaur. He's a member of the Iguanodontidae, but seems to be intermediate between creatures like Iguanodon and the Hadrosaurs. What do you think about this idea?

    Best regards,

    Mary

I don´t think Koshisaurus is assigned to a specific family yet- hence, it would be an Iguanodontian rather than an Iguanodontid (Iguanodontia includes both iguanodontids and hadrosaurids). If you take a look at the dinosaurs classified only as "Iguanodontia" you'll find they tend to be too fragmentary for a more specific placement.

There is actually a number of dinos that share traits from both groups; Ouranosaurus comes to mind.
