hi folks - I got a new phone that while appearing to bond with the car isn't making calls etc - one of the kind folks in the Tech forum suggested it may be that I need to clear the car's memory for Bluetooth devices -any idea how to do this?

Did you check the list of bluetooth paired devices in the menu?

Go to "Phone", then to "Paired Devices". Delete it from there.

    Thanking you!!!

OP, if using an android phone, go to the Bluetooth settings in the phone and make sure that Call Audio is ticked. When pairing some android phones it pairs as a media device and not as a phone. Enabling Call Audio gets around that.

I wonder was the pairing successful?

there's no 'Call audio' (or other options) under the Bluetooth settings - it just pairs to the car :-(

    no success yet
