Mini Disc To PC File transfer

    Hi all I recently purchased a cheap MD recorder/player. I recorded a live gig of mine from my mixer to the MD.
    Now I cannot transfer the audio file to my PC for editing and playing.

    the MD will not show up as a drive on my PC for file transfer. Tech support tell me there is no drivers for windows 8 opearating system.

    can anyone offer a solution???

    Try a live Linux session from CD/DVD or USB and see if it can read from the device.
