Really really bad reviews of the Stansted service on Tripadvisor. People left behind, no seats for reserved passengers, next bus also full, etc. I was looking to book it, prices were great, but when I read so many bad comments, I said I'd give it a miss. Would love to hear some positive experiences of this service.

I can't speak for the Stansted service but I've had no issues with them on the Gatwick and Luton routes.

Got the easybus both from Luton to town on arrival and town to stanstead on departure and both did what they advertised. I did get the 7am on a Thursday morning to Stanstead which was 15 mins late, then there was a lady with a very young baby, she hadn't booked a baby seat so the driver couldn't take them but then another passenger weighed in on her side after a 5 minute argument I intervened and quite politely stated that I wouldn't miss my flight due to someone else's error offering to remove the other passengers luggage if she felt so strongly ... She didn't, we left and made the airport on time!

I used it last year, think it was a 2 for 1 offer and as said already, the buses aren't great and even though you may have booked a time slot, you might not get the bus on time if full.
Not a massive problem going into London if you're not in a rush but if you are stuck for time on the way back, it's not great.
