I was thinking of buying Digiwebs Home DSL package, it's around €30, the download is 7mb and the upload is 384kb, but how fast is that? Is 384kb and 7mb the same as 384kbps and 7mbps? And if you have DSL with them or any other package what's your experience with them?

    Bad experience for me.

I was on their Metro service up for a couple of years. Was fairly happy with the service but an issue developed which required an engineer call out ... long story short they messed up and I found their tech support and customer service shockingly bad to deal with. Ditched them at the first opportunity thereafter, not worth the hassle.

I suppose that's good to hear for me, I just went on to their live chat service on their website and they looked up my address and told me I could only get their satellite broadband package, which the cheapest is €40 with a 10GB allowance, which I think is a bit off a rip-off altogether
