lift arms not going down

David brown 995 had a single valve chest fitted as must have had problem with lifts before i bought it. Anyway the lifts were working grand for me until 2 weeks when they just stopped ,,will not go down. There is pressure there as when you move the lever you can see the pipe moving with the pressure and the lifts will…

David brown 995 had a single valve chest fitted as must have had problem with lifts before i bought it.
Anyway the lifts were working grand for me until 2 weeks when they just stopped ,,will not go down.
There is pressure there as when you move the lever you can see the pipe moving with the pressure and the lifts will chuck up slightly but will not got down even with weight on them.
Anyone able to help

Is the black leaver for locking the lift in place in the correct position?
It's at the back of on the left
What position is tcu in?
