Having taken over Bank of Scotland Mortgage Book - it seems this is an irish owned company based in the USA... Has anyone had dealings with them as yet, good or bad? We have been paying slightly reduced payments but Im told they intend cutting all that out - ruthless regardless of circumstances... Just wondering.... Any…

Start Mortgages, they had a history of being sub-prime and ruthless in the extreme when it came to repossessing property at the end of the CT years, don't know if this is the same crowd though.
