    Basically looking for something to get that extra peak as my gains have piqued!!

    Usually do 5 sets conc curls, same with reverse barbell rows, barbell curls and cable pulls...

    Any ideas...

    Do 6 sets.

    If you wanna get that peak you gotta do them reps for Jesus.

    Should have clarified...I do sets of 10,10,10,8,8. That's what I meant by 5sets....

    dropped weights, uped reps, switched exercises, corected all form,,signs of improvement already...
