Working out site value

    Hi guys.

Just wondering how would one go about working out the value of a site? I'm from wicklow and would like to buy a site subject to planning or with planning. I've no idea of the value of sites though. Agri land goes for 5-10k an acre, and sites with planning and subject to planning appear to me to go for 10 to 15 times that. Am I right in saying that?

Can anyone shed any light on the price of sites subject to planning or with planning already?

This can be very tricky. Does anyone know if the sale of sites/plots of land are available in the property price register?

Very tricky, especially with section 47 and local needs.
