Does anyone know what this is/or is meant to be? Big kind of modern looking building across from the train station. I don't think it's ever been used

Think it was meant to be a gym

Cheers. I thought it might have been a college or something. Managed to get a pic the other night. What a waste.

Took the dog for a walk there a few week back, right up to the building.
It looks like offices, however it has that post apocalyptic Mad Max abandoned Chernobyl feel to it.
Gates into the land were opened at Dodsboro, plenty of people waking about.

The building was to be one of a number of landmark buildings in the Adamstown development. It was earmarked as a commercial building close to the town centre. It currently contains, or at least it did, a number of show apartments which were meant to showcase the best of what Adamstown had to offer. There is also an area called St. Helens which is not visible to the general public. This contains a number of showhouses literally standing in the middle of a wilderness.

    Is this that?:

Seems insane to have even built such a thing, can't see the logic as building them will have taken rather a lot of time and money when they'd need to build the actual houses anyway.
