02 card not receiving money

Trying to transfer 50 euro from boyle sports to 02 card but have not received in 2 weeks when i contacted boylesports they tell me its not their problem and i need to contact 02 which i dont know how to do as they are with 3 now.Any ideas?

o2 money card is run by 3 just as every o2 service is. It is still branded as o2. 3 will help you out.
