Try a belini, it's bubbly topped up with peach schnapps in a champagne glass, nice bit of fruity garnish, a white Russian, mine and the dudes favorite cocktail. Tia Maria/kahlua, vodka and milk, shaken up real good. And maybe a vodka martini or caprinhia?

Prepping 15 cocktails if you don't have a bar and experience with making cocktails isn't going to be easy. You might be better off making a punch bowl and letting people work away themselves. You can top it up as the night goes on.
