Here's the deal...was stopped for having no NCT a while back.....got the fixed penalty notice today...im sure you all know the score...BUT I CANT PAY IT...not because I dont want to but my licence is so out of date its frightening....so if i am summonesed what can I do with no licence for penalty points ???
