Bit of an Issue...(hint prostaglandin required)

I ringed my bull calves last year but some of them hadn't their testicles descended properly so it cut off the bag but they still have the testes inside them...
Anyway they are still running with heifer calves at 10 months old and I've seen them rising on the heifers...
    What's my best bet?
I seperated them this morning, should i wait three weeks and inject them with prostaglandin then?
Or should I wait a bit longer and scan them before treating them with the prostaglandin?
Or is there an alternative to Prostaglandin?
    Any advice appreciated...

If it happened here I'd leave it a bit and scan them, the heat inside the bull(s) may have inhibited sperm production so while they may be getting the action, they may not be producing fertile sperm. No point injecting them if they don't need it.
