Do people actually pay these standard fines? I know many who say that have given a false name and address and seemingly got away with it. Do they often follow it up?

Well someone kindly give my address and so far we've received 4 letters in the last 3 months. Wife accidentally opened the first one - so I'm assuming given the name they used the rest are from the same source - all returned to sender. Expecting a 5th one anytime now...

I have received about as dozen fine letters to my house over the years. I suspect the previous owners son, as his first name and his mothers maiden name. They are never followed up on.

When is the money (including lost growth) Michael Noonan took in the Pension Levy going to be paid back?
