    Hi,

Does anyone have any advice for buying new parts online, from amazon or on ebay?

I'm a bit iffy about it, because the prices seem a little too good to be true compared to the higher prices in town.

All good, have ordered from Amazon UK and US and also Ebay UK and US. Make sure that the seller has good rep, also if they are genuine parts then quality is best, getting non genuine can sometimes be mixed depending on the brand. US sites can be liable for import duty depending on the price of the order.

I buy from eBay sellers from US and UK. Most of these are motor factors part suppliers. Much cheaper than buying locally but watch out for postage charges.
