    Hi all,

Have a chromebook, wifi seems to be stuck on "disabled", which seems to be a relatively common issue. Have tried everything including repair shop, no joy. 3g still works (plugging phone in and tethering) but isn't practical. Does anyone know a wifi adapter or dongle that will work with a chromebook? Or another solution?

    Thanks in advance :-)

if you've a free usb port you could simply get a usb wifi adapter. You'll get a decent one for around €20 these days from any where.

Not sure if that will work with a chrome (non windows) operating system?

Where did you buy it? Amazon have accepted and replaced my two faulty HP chromebooks no issue

Maybe return it to the retailer. If its a product fault, look for a replacement
