Environmental Scientist New Build

    Dear all,

I have a brother who has an environmental science degree and a masters in geographical mapping. I have not approached him yet but I am just wondering can environmental scientists be involved in some way in new house builds. Myself and my partner are hoping to apply for planning permission but we want to look for ways to keep the costs down and I am just wondering with his qualifications, can we use him during the process?

    Thanks

Depends if there's any environmental impacts as a result of the housing construction or not.

Will these developments require EIA's to be undertaken?
