It's roughly a year ago that we last did a Zoo Walk. Thread here. Though our numbers were few the frame count was mighty. Is there any interest in going again? I was thinking of 18th of Apr.

    I'm older than Minecraft goats.

I'm away that weekend but it sounds like a brilliant idea :) If the date moves I'll keep an eye out!

Hard to believe an year has gone, remember that day very well. In fairness can't tell if I'll be able to, but will certainly try to be there for this one.

I enjoyed it last year. Like inkedpt, not sure yet if I'll be available that day, but if I am then I'll be there.

Will the new area for the seal lions and flamingos be open by then. The part of the zoo is a building site at present

ill be parked at their enclosure for the entire time. hahaha!! ya anyone know when the flamingo's and the red panda enclosures will be open at all?

i had messaged the zoo to ask but all they came back with was that it would be open spring 2015.

I'm new to the forum but something like this sounds good. I generally only do landscape stuff so it'd make a nice break.

I must apologise to all, I forgot to post earlier on this. I'm unable to make it on Saturday. One of the reasons I wanted to get back is to try and fix mistakes I made last time. I'm still on the steep slope of my learning curve.

Please get together and go along yourselves, it's genuinely a wonderful day out with multitudes of photo opportunities to completely fail at if my past experiences are anything to go by. :)

Just a heads up for anyone doing the Zoo walk, the weather does not look great for it, keep an eye on M.T. weather forecast & the met site for updates

I think it was supposed to be last weekend? I must admit I completely forgot about it.

I get the impression it didn't happen?

I'd really be keen to attend this if a new event was planned
