The social welfare office told me Thursdays but I didn't think to ask was it tonight (Wednesday night/Thursday morning) or tomorrow (Thursday night/Friday morning!)....anybody? thanks! :)

I get it 12 o clock Monday night
and I got it Friday last week ! Being sporadic like that makes financial management a headache !
