daysoft delievery times

    From the feedback here I went and ordered some contacts from Daysoft on Thursday 5th and were marked as shipped on Friday 6th. I have still yet to receive them. A friend used to use them last year prior laser surgery and said they used to only take 4 days or so. They say 7 to 10 working days on their site but they are only coming from Scotland aren't they?

    How long has a recent order take to deliver for other customers here?

    Mine's were dispatched on the 2nd of this month, still haven't arrived either. The first order arrived promptly though so I'll give them a bit more time before contacting them.

    Their headquarters are in France btw.

    Still no contacts, contacted them and they said they will send out another batch. Have to go into town this wknd to buy some as need a pair this wknd.

    Do specsavers or visionexpress etc sell just a few rather than a whole box?

    Can you identify from the packaging where they came from. Are they coming from China that they are taking so long!

    Yeah they come from Jersey. Jersey has lot of E-Commerce businesses selling low value goods, due to its 'tax friendly' business environment. They usually take about 2 weeks for them to arrive to me. I dont mind, as the box is small enough to fit in my tiny letterbox and you arent paying a ton for P&P like most contact lenses companies
