    Hello,

Anyone any thoughts on this car? Comes in at 17K with 3 year 0% finance which seems reasonable to me compared to others I've looked at.

I currently do 20K mileage/annum, mainly on secondary roads. Would this be fairly fuel efficient or could anyone recommend a better option for this budget?

    Thanks,
    Chuck.

Is it the 105hp version or the lower 86hp version?

They're a depressing yoke. Even a nissan pulsar would be more likeable and possibly cheaper.

With the 105bhp engine might be ok

That 1.2 engine isn't exactkly known as a robust engine. Apart from that, it's like theyve gone out of their way to make the car look like it was built to a price.
This is an in between car, like the Hyundai Accent/polo saloon/seat Córdoba etc. it has none of the chic desirability of a supermini and none of the perceived quality of a family hatch/saloon

Have a look at the Seat Toledo, same chassis and engines just different front and rear , nicer looking

I didn't know Skoda still sold 'mpi' engines.

I last drove one of them on 97' Felicia!

Agree, the Toledo is the same platform & a nicer looking car.

Maybe they don,t want a saloon maybe its the hatchback they were looking at. If it was the Seat does not come has a hatchback. The Skoda Fabia is nice and its quite new too only recently released.

    Live long and Prosper

    Peace and long life.

The styling is horriffic. 80s skodas has more charisma. Worst looking yoke out there, like an Austin maestro.

A Kia Rio could be worth looking at.
