who is buying oil at the min ?

    http://www.rte.ie/news/business/2015/0318/687790-oil-prices/

might buy some given the price has collapsed and eventually when signs of a conclusion to the game of chess in the Ukraine appear or OPEC decide they need money the price will recover

who is the best broker to contact for this type of transaction

I'd hold off another month or two, storage is running out in the US, should be full by April.

There's no guarantees OPEC will cut production. Once storage in the US is full all the extra oil produced per week will have to go straight into the market. Wouldn't be surprised to see WTI oil near $30.

I'm building a list of beaten down oil related stocks and hoping to pick up some bargains over the next few months.

What I got out of that is your better to trade the roll over yourself than buy a oil etf.
