sub floor insulation

I have very little knowledge at the moment regarding insulation and just seem to be getting more confused the more companies come to me with different options/opinions.

I bought a house with an E2 BER rating and one of the points raised was to insulate the sub floor correctly, I'm not sure how big the gap between foundations and floor is but I believe its around a foot.

I'm about to start renovating the house next month and was wondering if anyone had done something similar and could advise.

Are you best using kingspan boards or rock wool to insulate the floor, as there is a large price difference. What's the difference?

    Appreciate any feedback.

If you have ~300mm to play with, Id go with radon/taped&sealed with sump & vent, 200mm eps, 100mm screed reinforced as per eng spec
