Outdooor Sensor Light Not Switching Off

I have an outdoor sensor light and when plugged in it is staying on all day. We have tried turning the dials on it but can't seem to get if to switch off. Anyone got any suggestions?sensorlight.jpg sensorlight1.jpg

Just from the picture it looks like there is some water or condensation in the pir. This is prob shorting the pir and causing it to stay on all the time...
