Some good bargains to be had - especially on kids book collections

Dont for a minute believe the "original" RRP but still cheaper than most sites

Was delighted with this offer, picked out 7 different book collections for my kids but then I went to checkout and they tried to charge me £47 for delivery! Is there any way around this?

Just a warning, they often split into multiple packages which increases PM costs.

Surely a way to flag single delivery? Try emailing them.

Have been caught paying extra with parcel motel this way too especially when buying individual books. If you add in one or two of the book people collections though you're more likely to be sent just one delivery in a box...

I noticed one of my books wasn't in shipped status yesterday so I asked them if it could be cancelled and they said no, everything is shipped from their warehouse at such pace they can't make any changes to any order.

I rang before about this. They give free delivery to Northern Ireland but charge £4 per book for the Republic of Ireland, as we are categorised as a foreign Country. Also for some ridiculous reason there there is no option to select a multiple delivery.

It's an absolute joke, I rang them and got no satisfaction. That's the Company policy I was told. For £47 I could get a Ryan Air flight to the UK and pick the books up personally !!

Haven't bought anything off them since, it's madness.

2 packages sent according to the tracking order on the site so will be hit with 2 parcel motel charges. With 2.95 delivery from the bookpeople to the north thats about 13 e.

8 orders in there, 6 of which were collections so fairly bulky Id imagine..

the fact I saved about 300e off the RRP (if the site was to be believed) on the books is not making any more happier.

    still, done now.
