Kitchen fit-out , which appliance

I We're about to fit out our kitchen and have been round the various large store suppliers with our list for pricings/ deals/ discounts etc. As expected though, it's difficult to compare quotes as very few of the same brand items /spec's are stocked etc. across the stores. While our budget doesn't extend to top of the range appliances, we don't want to go bargain basement either, so we're looking for "middle of the road" decent quality and dependability stuff. So far, we are thinking along the following lines:
Washing machine - Bosch - have had Bosch before & found dependable
Fridge - Samsung or Zanussi - but which - views welcome ?
Oven - Electrolux or Whirlpool - any recommendations on which to go for ?
Hob - induction , Siemens or Neff
Clothes Dryer - Hoover or Whirlpool - Whirlpool much dearer but which best quality wise ?
Dishwasher - Whirlpool or Zanussi - again Whirlpool more expensive but is the brand dependable ?
Really, we want the main items eg Fridge, Hob, Washing Machine and Cooker/Oven to be "solid" dependable brands so will probably stretch budget for quality in these items.
We've no experience of Whirlpool, Zanussi or Electrolux, so would welcome feedback on these brands for the appliances against them above. Feedback welcome in thread or by PM.
    Thanks !

I got an electrolux oven a couple of years ago and it seems really good (so far) my friend works for them so got a decent deal but I had asked around and they were getting good reviews. Have a Bosch washing machine and have also found it very dependable. Just on your induction hob make sure your electrician knows its an induction hob as I think generally they need their own supply.

hard to beat the German made products nowadays, btw did any of the retailers tell you there is a 50e cashback on Bosch products that is ending today week so you would need to get a move on, look in at the Bosch website for the model numbers that the cashback applies to.

Sad thing is, it's becoming harder to find the German-made products nowadays. Though I'd probably still recommend the Bosch or Siemens (wherever they're made) in the low to mid bracket. LG might also be worth considering.

Fridge, is it a side by side fridge freezer, or what? Standard 600mm wide fridge freezers, the Samsung's seem OK. Some of the Zanussi's are OK too, but some frost-free models had their issues with the circ fan.

Oven - definitely the Electrolux. Have one myself 7 years now, great oven with no problems as yet. It's one with catalytic liners etc, but a good oven.

Hob - as both Siemens and Neff are under the BSH umbrella it's hard to say if there'd be much difference but it would depend on models and features

Dryer - personally have a Candy dryer (same family as Hoover) that hasn't given bother in 7 years, however anyone would say to avoid Hoover Candy. Other than those, maybe Zanussi or Electrolux (again, both same family) or indeed Bosch?

Dishwasher - Zanussi if it's a toss between that and Whirlpool.
