Larch Garden gate

Hi, old house side gate needs replacing so built a 25mm box side gate and got some lovely T&G Larch today to face it with. Any recs on what external oil to put on this Larch to keep it in good condition. anyone use Woodoc for external purposes. Have tried it on woodturnings but not outside. K

I use sadolins.
I also dip soak them in preservative before final fit.upright 4 feet 4 inch wavin with stop end and weights to keep them down for a day or so, have a scaffolding rig to hang them to drain back into the wavin
