pay when leaving job

    I am finishing work In next 2 weeks.we get paid monthly and not due to be paid for 4 wks. When will I get my final pay?thanks

    Ask your HR / payroll department, but I'd expect that you'd get paid for the 2 weeks work in 4 weeks time.

    Yep same here, you'll get paid on your normal payday

    If you're monthly you'll usually get the amount owed on the next pay-day for that month.

    When I left a place it was the same. Everyone gets paid, for example, on the 15th of the month so if you start on the 14th you get paid the next day or if you leave on the 16th you have to wait until the following month.

    Of course it could be different but that's how it was for me and a friend of mine in another company.
