How long before can sell on animal

    Lads,

    How long do you have to keep an animal before you can sell on again....some bulls transferred intra family and want to sell in mart....any ideas...is it still 70 days for bord bia or does it apply when selling to mart

    70 days is just for the factory bonus. Sell away as long as they are in test ect

    It dont matter how long in herd
    If you trade over 100 in year in less than40 days or something you need to register as dealer
    Bord bia only matters in factory

    100 traded again in a 30 day period over a 12 month period, over this and prepare for a cross compliance inspection
